Peru at Manchester

Manchester won its sixth game in a row on Wednesday evening, a 7-0 shutout victory over Peru. The Lady Squires are now 11-4 this season, and finish their Three Rivers Conference schedule with a 5-0 record, making Manchester conference champions. Congratulations, ladies!
Six different Lady Squires scored goals in the game, led by Samanatha Shock with two. Also getting onto the score sheet were Aymia Miller, Brookelynn Buzzard, Ava Baker, Hannah Eberly and Joanna Eberly. Buzzard also added two assists.
Manchester wrapped up its regular season against Oak Hill on Thursday night and will play its first sectional game Thursday against Blackford.

Manchester at North Miami

Manchester earned a win in its final regular season game of 2023, defeating North Miami 3-1 on the road. The Squires head into the playoffs with a 11-4-1 record, and finish second in the Three Rivers Conference at 4-1.
Nathaniel Miller, Tyler McLain and Isaiah Acosta were Manchester’s three goal scorers in the game. Miller and Diego Muno also added assists for the team. Evan McLaughlin made seven saves in net.
The Squires begin their sectional journey on Monday against Culver Academies, the team that defeated Manchester in the sectional championship game a year ago.
