Hal Eugene Richard, 65, Warsaw, died at 11:25 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2023, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.
He was born on Dec. 15, 1957, in Lakeville, to Anna Belle Smith Richard and Dale Eugene Richard.
Hal will be laid to rest with his parents at Oakwood Cemetery in Warsaw with a private family graveside service. The family will gather together later to privately celebrate Hal’s life. Arrangements were entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw.
