Bids are to be in to the county by noon Nov. 1, with the board opening them at a special meeting at 9 a.m. Nov. 2.
The board will decide on the finalists for the projects at its regular meeting at 1 p.m. Nov. 16 and then award the bids at its regular December meeting, which was moved up to 1 p.m. Dec. 14.
