Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting for Indiana Steel Structures, 2224 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw.
Lupita Valenzuela, sales manager, said Indiana Steel Structures is a sales company that deals with sales of metal buildings, garages, car ports, any type of metal building people need for storage buildings or for things like tractors.
They opened up in June.
Lupita said as of right now, it is a family-run business. Her father, Owner Jesus Valenzuela, has been working in the industry for many years. Jesus said the company he worked for moved him to the area about 14 years to open another location. He said he had worked for that company for 22 years and decided to open his own business.
The company knows what its customers need and they can tell customers what how buildings are built, Lupita said.
A premium service is what Indiana Steel Structures wants to offer people, Lupita said.
“We want to make sure we are satisfied with your car port and if you are not satisfied, we will figure it out. And we just want our customers to know that we guarantee a good building and a quality service. If they need a building, we’re happy to build it out and give them a free quote,” Lupita said.
Lupita said there are currently two employees at Indiana Steel Structures, but they are hiring sales representatives.
Hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Local customers can call 574-549-9968
