• 5:40 a.m. Sunday - Michael Anthony Lee, 43, Elkhart, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:21 p.m. Sunday - Ariana Susana Espinosa, 18, New Paris, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and transportation of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $600.
• 8:46 p.m. Sunday - Heydin Madysen O’Loughlin, 19, of 3699 N. CR 175E, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 9:07 a.m. Monday - Justin Blake Rogers, 28, of 503 N. Jefferson St., Silver Lake, arrested for felony probation violation and possession of methamphetamine. No bond listed.
• 9:57 a.m. Monday - Miguel Tecuatl, 37, of 232 Chamberlin Drive, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 10:16 a.m. Monday - Eduardo Lisandro Gomez Jimenez, 28, of 1202 Wooster Road, lot 50, Winona Lake, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 7:57 a.m. Monday - East CR 300E, 1,000 feet north of East CR 100N, Warsaw. SUV hit utility pole and electrical box. Driver: Christopher Banghart, 16, East CR 300N, Warsaw. Injury: Banghart complained of knee/lower leg/foot pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 7:28 a.m. Monday - Intersection of South Ind. 15 and East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Van-car collision. Drivers: Rene G. Rincon-Rojo, 36, South Buffalo Street, Warsaw; Kirstyn M. York Schroeder, 48, Pine Cone Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 7:28 a.m. Monday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 12500 block of North Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse. KCSO.
