• 7:13 p.m. Friday - Josheb Ray Larrison, 48, Plymouth, arrested on two charges of felony probation violation. Bond: $10,500.
• 5:45 a.m. Saturday - Miguel Alejandro Leon, 32, of 11152 N. Humpty Dumpty Drive, Cromwell, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 6:35 a.m. Saturday - Gabriel Zerr Atkinson, 41, North Salem, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator, possession of methamphetamine, operating a motor vehicle with a controlled substance in body - first offense and possession of paraphernalia with a prior. Bond: $5,250.
• 8:49 a.m. Saturday - Denver G. Deseranno, 52, Garrett, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:20 a.m. Sunday - Rafael Perez Vasquez, 20, of 511 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $450.
• 2 a.m. Sunday - Eduardo Vazquez-Juarez, 27, of 4023 S. CR 700W, Mentone, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $750.
• 2:59 a.m. Sunday - Jerad Lee Wells, 41, Leo, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 9:44 a.m. Friday - Residential entry was reported in the 1600 block of East CR 200N, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 8:19 a.m. Saturday - A traffic offense was reported for a person being a habitual traffic violator in the 100 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 8:52 a.m. Saturday - Hydrocodone was reported stolen in the 8500 block of South Yellow View Lane, Claypool. KCSO.
• 4:29 p.m. Saturday - A cell phone was reported found in the 2200 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:36 a.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 400 block of Argonne Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 2:10 a.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor in the 400 block of Argonne Road, Warsaw. WPD.
