Get A ‘Taste Of Kosciusko’ At Third Friday

The Third Friday theme for September this Friday is “Taste of Kosciusko.”
During Friday’s event, there will be music by the band Groupies Wanted and over 15 small business booths, where you can sample food and beverages from vendors from Kosciusko County.
Tickets for samples will be sold at the Main Street Warsaw booth for $2 a ticket or 12 for $20.
Also during Third Friday, the Kosciusko County Historical Society is hosting an open house from 5 to 9 p.m. featuring the Native American Heritage of Kosciusko County at the Old Jail Museum, 121 N. Indiana St., Warsaw.
There will be a book signing by local author Lynn Mackaben Brown for her book “Furs and Fevers,” along with a performance of authentic Indian dancing and singing at 6:30 p.m.
From 5 to 8 p.m., Equestrian Dreams from Wabash will be offering horse and pony rides in the city hall parking lot.
