Warsaw Parks Offers Senior Canvas Painting Class

Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department is offering Art In The Park: Fall Pumpkin- Senior Canvas Painting Class from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Oct. 18 at the Pete Thorn Gym, 800 N. Park Ave., Warsaw.
Cost is $2 per participant. It is for ages 55 and older.
Join the Recreation Department and Susie from Cr8-ur-Canvas for the first senior canvas painting class. Registration is required. This instructor-led canvas painting class will give all an opportunity to take home a beautiful masterpiece, according to a news release provided.
Susie is a local artist and business owner from Bourbon. She has her own studio where she teaches hands-on canvas painting.
All materials will be provided for the class.
Registration opened Friday and goes through Oct. 9 or until filled.
