• 1:56 a.m. Monday - Jeffery Allen Hutcherson, 63, of 277 E. Burkhart Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 4:44 a.m. Monday - Elizabeth D. Izrailov, 41, Westmont, Ill., arrested for reckless driving and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $15,000.
• 9:08 a.m. Monday - Terry Steven Love, 33, Fort Wayne, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish with prior and invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.
• 9:38 a.m. Monday - Alia Maria Gooden, 25, Fort Wayne, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 12:49 p.m. Monday - Jonathan Edward Mishoe III, 27, of 889 Walkers Ridge, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:01 p.m. Monday - Kim Hartman, 71, of 71 EMS T31 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 7 p.m. Monday - Perry Peconga, 43, of 22 EMS B61 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 12:58 p.m. Tuesday - John Clay Heeter, 50, of 14 EMS B3B Lane, Leesburg, arrested for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle, possession of paraphernalia, possession of cocaine or narcotic drug, possession of a legend drug or precursor, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and unlawful carrying of a handgun. Bond: $25,250.
