• 7:28 p.m. Thursday - Oscar Garcia, 30, of 4152 W. Hughes Drive, Silver Lake, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault and intimidation. Bond: $10,250.
• 8 p.m. Thursday - James Hillard Hurd III, 36, of 707 N. Pleasant St., Silver Lake, arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:24 p.m. Thursday - East Center Street, 100 feet west of North Parker Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Sarah M. Fredericks, 36, Robson Road, Winona Lake; Lella M. Holbrook, 77, North CR 300E, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
