• 11:44 a.m. Wednesday - John Lee Garrett III, 33, of 8860 E. CR 350N, Pierceton, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond set.
• 1:41 p.m. Wednesday - Elvis Roman, 28, Chicago, arrested for reckless driving. Bond: $500.
• 6:08 p.m. Wednesday - William Lewis Vining, 41, of 4079 N. Lighthouse Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 6:45 p.m. Wednesday - Randy Garcia, 37, of 4330 N. Old Ind. 15, #18, Warsaw, arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $5,250.
• 7:10 p.m. Wednesday - Thomas Jay Lung, 31, of 505 W. Boston St., Syracuse, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $500.
• 1:20 a.m. Thursday - Joseph Donald Crace, 31, of 3746 N. Prairie St., Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $1,000.
• 2:16 a.m. Thursday - Aliscia Lynn Templeton, 28, of 929 Sheridan St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

Miller, 35, Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Injury: Miller had minor bleeding to the elbow/lower arm. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 5:30 a.m. Thursday - Ind. 15, 1,000 feet south of Rozella Road, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Alexander W. Trusty, 18, East Sycamore Street, Silver Lake. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 7:28 a.m. Thursday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and Ind. 13, Pierceton. Unknown vehicle hit car, which left scene. Remaining driver: Makayla A. Poe, 19, Fort Wayne. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Pierceton Police Department investigated.
