NORTH MANCHESTER – James Russell Justice, 71, Lagro, died Oct. 24, 2023.
James was born in Prestonsburg, Ky., on April 22, 1952, to Joe and Anna “Annie” Johnson Justice. James married Debra Blevins on April 20, 1973.
Survivors include a sister, Mary (Jim) Frasure, North Manchester.
A gathering to celebrate James’s life will be held at a later date.
