Dr. Bing J. Feng

Dr. Bing J. Feng, a highly respected and dedicated surgeon, peacefully passed away on Oct. 24, 2023, in Warsaw.
He was born on Jan. 5, 1936, in Canton Province, China. Dr. Feng was an exceptional individual who touched the lives of many through his remarkable medical career and warm personality.
After graduating from Chung Shan Medical University, Dr. Feng embarked on a journey to serve others through the practice of medicine. With expertise in general surgery gained over 20 years of service, he demonstrated unwavering commitment to his patients' well-being. Dr. Feng also pursued further education by participating in a fellowship, ensuring that he remained at the forefront of medical knowledge to provide the best care possible.
Dr. Feng was known for his easygoing nature and kind spirit, most people simply called him Bing. Colleagues admired his professionalism and patients felt comforted by his gentle demeanor. Family played an integral role in Bing's life; they were his pillar of strength and support throughout his journey. He is survived by his loving wife, Xin Feng, of Warsaw, who stood by his side through thick and thin. Together, they created a beautiful family that brought him immense joy.
His son, Wei Feng (and wife, Joni); and daughter, Sue Mae Feng (husband, Kevin Chen, of Edison, N.J.); were not only cherished children but also sources of immense pride for Bing. He deeply loved his four grandchildren: Richard Feng (and, wife Samantha Carter-Feng), of Durham, N.C.; Michelle Feng, of Savannah, Ga.; and Lea and Mia Chen, of Edison, N.J. Additionally, he has one great-granddaughter, Isal Yuan Feng, who brought him immeasurable happiness. Those who preceded him in passing include his parents, Ying Fu Feng and San Mei Yang; and sister, Wen Xin Feng.
Dr. Bing Feng's life will be remembered and celebrated during the visitation and funeral service to be held at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 Sheridan St., Warsaw. Visitation will be on Saturday, Oct. 28 from 10 a.m. to noon; the funeral service will follow directly after. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery with Pastor Glenn Hall officiating.
