• 2:30 p.m. Monday - Jaime Ann Benedict, 45, of 1520 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for a drug court violation. No bond set.
• 4:01 p.m. Monday - Bridget M. Jeanette Miller, 28, of 2605 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for a warrant service. No bond set.
• 1:20 a.m. Tuesday - Zachory Ryan McClurg, 27, Hammond, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $700.
• 1:24 a.m. Tuesday - David Alex Hein III, 24, of 657 E. CR 300S, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 1:54 a.m. Tuesday - East CR 600S, 32 feet south of South CR 400E, Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: Kylie R. Feeny, 18, North Bird View Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.
• 7:45 a.m. Tuesday - West CR 700S, 2,000 feet east of South CR 100W, Claypool. SUV hit deer. Driver: Cynthia L. Montel, 58, West CR 700S, Claypool Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
