• 5:56 p.m. Thursday - Jeffery Lee Moles Jr., 37, Osceola, arrested for false informing. Bond: $600.
• 10:14 p.m. Thursday - Karlie S. German, 20, of 1210 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $450.
• 11:17 a.m. Friday - Judd Emery Metz, 55, of 3559 S. Palestine Lane, Warsaw, arrested for possession of counterfeited substances. Bond: $600.
• 2:46 p.m. Friday - Kayla Rachelle Harmon, 27, of 104 Bison Ridge, Nappanee, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:03 p.m. Friday - Tony Alan Wallace Jr., 24, of 508 E. Edgewater Drive, #78, Syracuse, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:50 p.m. Friday - Janessa Mae Brown, 38, of 526 Turtle Bay Drive, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. Bond: $750.
• 1:32 a.m. Saturday - Lilliah Elaine Cook, 23, Kokomo, arrested on two charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 2:54 a.m. Saturday - Alejandro Lopez, 19, of 3762 W. Old 30, #684, Warsaw, arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $450.
• 2:55 a.m. Saturday - Jose Ricardo Lopez, 19, of 3762 E. Old 30, #671, Warsaw, arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $450.
• 3:18 a.m. Saturday - Luis Malagon Jr., 18, of 1522 E. CR 550S, Warsaw, arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. Bond: $700.

• 3:11 p.m. Saturday - Ind. 15, 1,225 feet south of Lyon Street, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Dorian R. Baker, 17, Lindenwood Avenue, Warsaw; Kristina N. Crouse, 38, Westwood Road, Winona Lake. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 2:21 a.m. Saturday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more and consumption of alcohol by a minor in the 1700 block of North Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:37 a.m. Saturday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 2000 block of Shell Bark Lane, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:51 p.m. Saturday - Consumable goods were reported stolen in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:12 p.m. Saturday - A person operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license was reported in the 1100 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
