Speed Limits & Stop Signs

Editor, Times-Union:
I have a great idea! All signs showing speed limits should be taken down. Sound good?? Why not? Most drivers do not follow speed limits posted.
Police officers are NOT giving speeding tickets. Think of all the extra money for city improvements with money from speeding tickets!!
Also, people do not understand what STOP means. They might slow down but not stop, just go on through the intersection.
When there is lots of traffic all four ways and you are not sure who is to go first, do you think the driver’s manual still says the driver to your right gets to go? That’s where “right-of-way” comes from.
Help! Help all of us be safe to drive and live in Warsaw.
