• 12:30 p.m. Tuesday - Duane Edward Mangum II, 39, of 441 S. Detroit St., Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 2:38 p.m. Tuesday - Bianca L. Jackson, 33, Chicago, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 3:28 p.m. Tuesday - Larry D. Peck Jr., 44, Mishawaka, arrested for forgery – possession of false government identification, false informing and forgery. Bond: $5,250.

Injury: Scholten had a fracture dislocation to the elbow/lower arm. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 7:29 p.m. Tuesday - West Ind. 14, 100 feet east of South CR 450W, Silver Lake. SUV hit deer. Driver: Hailie M. Charles, 16, Rochester. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 8:46 p.m. Tuesday - North Ind. 19, 100 feet south of West Welch Road, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Carter J. Hall, 19, South Southdown Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 6:01 a.m. Wednesday - 2473 Jaylynn St., Warsaw. Unknown vehicle hit SUV, which left the scene. Remaining driver: Savannah A. Croussore, 19, South Union Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
