• 2:14 p.m. Monday - Zachary Springer, 35, of 6298 W. CR 850S, Claypool, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.
• 8:26 p.m. Monday - Tony A. Richardson, 53, South Bend, arrested for possession of stolen property. Bond: $450.
• 9:50 p.m. Monday - Brett Joseph McCabe, 24, of 920 Anchorage Road, #54, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery with a deadly weapon. Bond: $11,000.
• 10:06 p.m. Monday - Aaron Edward Torbet, 42, of 4361 E. Duffy Drive, Syracuse, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 10:22 p.m. Monday - Elizabeth Lynn Love-Barngrover, 39, of 13477 N. Hillside Drive, Syracuse, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear, invasion of privacy, felony failure to appear and misdemeanor probation violation. Bond: $1,500.
• 11:15 p.m. Monday - Zachery Ray McKenzie, 41, of 6653 S. CR 300E, Claypool, arrested for invasion of privacy, misdemeanor failure to appear and three charges of felony failure to appear. Bond: $1,500.
• 1:50 a.m. Tuesday - Brent Alan Schmidlin, 39, of 4172 N. Lighthouse Drive, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $1,000.
• 2:50 a.m. Tuesday - Cherish Renee Heckaman, 39, of 3069 S. Country Club Road, #65, Pierceton, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:49 a.m. Tuesday - Jonathan David Langley, 28, of 1375 N. Ind. 5, Larwill, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 10:26 a.m. Tuesday - Kyle Jacob Abbott, 28, Rochester, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:39 p.m. Monday - South Ind. 25, 150 feet south of West CR 250S, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Danny R. McClone, 75, West Palestine Second Street, Mentone. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
