The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 4:18 p.m. Tuesday - Kyle Jacob Abbott, 28, of 1919 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension, possession of methamphetamine, fraud, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:07 p.m. Wednesday - Parker Scott Harner, 27, of 102 S. Main St., #3, Claypool, arrested for felony battery with serious bodily injury and misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $10,250.
• 4:14 p.m. Wednesday - Revon Lloyd Fox, 32, Fort Wayne, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 9:30 a.m. Thursday - Melody Huerta, 22, of 603 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage crash. Bond: $500.

• 7:01 a.m. Wednesday - West CR 1200S, 2,000 feet west of South CR 600W, Silver Lake. Pickup hit deer. Driver: William J. Cornell, 78, East Ind. 14, Akron. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

Incidents
• 7:15 a.m. Wednesday - A person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension was reported in the 9000 block of North Ind. 15, Milford. KCSO.
• 11:30 a.m. Wednesday - A person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension was reported in the 2100 block of South Packerton Road, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
• 12:42 a.m. Thursday - A stop sign was reported damaged in the 2100 block of East Jefferson Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 8:58 a.m. Thursday - A warrant was served in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. WPD.
