Freedom of Religion
Freedom of religion is the inalienable right of each person whether alone or with others to peacefully, openly, freely with respect for the rights of others profess belief in the supernatural and refuse to practice any religion at all and for each person to be free from having acts of persecution, forced conversion, instruction into the internal affairs of one’s congregation, denominations, or faith and the establishment of a universal state church/state religion or militant state atheism inflicted upon them by any part of whole of any local, state, national, continental, or world government.
Freedom of thought and inquiry
Freedom of thought and inquiry is the inalienable right of each person whether alone or with others to peacefully, openly, freely, and with respect for the rights of others research, debate, reflect upon, and form conclusions on all matters of subjects from the mundane to the profound and for each person to be free from having acts of interference with such activities inflicted upon them by any part of whole of any local, state, national, continental, or world government.
Freedom of Dissent
Freedom of dissent is the inalienable right of each person whether alone or with others to peacefully, openly, freely, and with respect for the rights of others express one’s opposition whether right or wrong to the statements, policies, and actions of government officials and personnel during peacetime or wartime and for each person to be free from having acts suppressing such expression inflicted upon them by any part of whole of any local, state, national, continental, or world government.
Freedom of the media
Freedom of te media is in the inalienable right of each person whether alone or with others to peacefully, openly, freely, and with respect for legitimate laws and the rights and well-being of others use the various means of mass communication for the purposes of advertisement, entertainment, education, enlightenment, critical analysis, debate, information, investigation, and independent forums dedicated to the diversity of thought, opinion, knowledge, and creativity; and for each person to be free from having acts incorporating the mass media sector into the apparatus of the state, the silencing of independent media outlets through subjugation or closure, the formation of a state media agency for the purpose of manipulating the hearts and minds of the masses through propaganda and censorship inflicted upon them by any part or whole of any local, state, national, continental, or world government.
