• 10:59 a.m. Friday - Thomas Earl Kollars Jr., 45, homeless, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 9:45 a.m. Saturday - Perry Peconga, 43, of 22 EMS B61 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 8:44 p.m. Saturday - Taylor Jeffery Caldwell, 30, Fort Wayne, arrested for possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:35 p.m. Saturday - James Russell Lancaster, 46, of 49 EMS D22A Lane, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

Bociansk, 40, East Paddock Drive, Leesburg. Injuries: Scott complained of pain to the left leg; Bociansk complained of pain to the legs and hands. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. • 5:09 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and Old 30, Warsaw. Motorcycle-car collision. Drivers: Brian W. Shoemaker, 45, Orchard Drive, Warsaw; Hannah T. Hall, 16, East Boulder Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Shoemaker suffered a potentially broken pelvis, a broken foot and road rash to the face, arms and legs. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
