• 1:54 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of West U.S. 30 and North CR 650W, Atwood. Pickup went into ditch. Driver: Emily J. Jones, 18, Indianola, Iowa. Injury: Jones complained of head pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 8:39 a.m. Thursday - North Pound Drive West, 500 feet north of CR 200N, Warsaw. School bus had rear wheels fall off eastside edge of roadway, causing vehicle to get stuck. Driver: Richard R. Long, 73, East Augusta Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 9:19 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of North Parker Street and East U.S. 30, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Shawn M. Pettit, 59, Merrillville; Tasha R. Kastner, 38, Mishawaka. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 1:28 a.m. Friday - 613 S. Columbia St., Warsaw. SUV hit unoccupied vehicle registered to Drew G. Hookway, South Columbia Street, Warsaw. Driver: Jennifer L. Jacobs, 42, East Center Street, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 3:46 p.m. Thursday - A phone was reported stolen in the 700 block of Anchorage Point Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:48 a.m. Friday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior, leaving the scene of a property damage crash and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon in the 600 block of South Columbia Street, Warsaw. WPD.
