The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 2:57 p.m. Wednesday - Jacques Pierre Laird, 53, Fort Wayne, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 3:09 p.m. Wednesday - Chelsi Renee Clevenger, 31, of 86 E. South St., Milford, arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug. Bond: $10,500.

• 3:33 a.m. Wednesday - South Country Club Road, 40 feet east of South Stonebridge Road, Warsaw. Pickup went into ditch, hit multiple trees, went over culvert and went into yard. Warsaw. Driver: Christopher Holloway, 42, South Lake Sharon Road, Warsaw. Injury: Holloway had a minor burn to the face. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 6:56 a.m. Wednesday - 1305 Mariners Drive, Warsaw. SUV hit parked vehicle; registration information not listed. Driver: Janel L. Hover, 52, North CR 400E, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 11:16 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Zachary A. Wolff, 33, Columbia City; Nicole A. Cohee, 51, Columbia City. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
• 8:03 a.m. Thursday - Intersection of North Parker Street and Oriole Lane, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Diego F. Campos, 19, Elkhart; Jose Rangel, 48, Hawthorn Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 2:48 a.m. Wednesday - Domestic battery with moderate bodily injury was reported in the 4200 block of East Defreese Road, Syracuse. KCSO.
• 3:33 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior and leaving the scene of a property damage crash in the 2100 block of South Country Club Road, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 10:32 a.m. Wednesday - A drug complaint was reported in the 3100 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:44 a.m. Wednesday - A warrant was served in the 8900 block of East CR 350N, Pierceton. KCSO.
• 2:18 p.m. Wednesday - A traffic offense for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension was reported in the 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 3:15 p.m. Wednesday - Criminal conversion was reported in the 800 block of North Johnson Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:55 p.m. Wednesday - Criminal mischief and a stolen license plate were reported in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:31 a.m. Thursday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 3800 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 6:22 a.m. Thursday - A person operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license was reported in the 2200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
