NORTH MANCHESTER – Barbara Fay Ober, 84, Timbercrest Senior Living in North Manchester, died on Aug. 8, 2023.  
Barbara was born to Waverly V. and Elizabeth A. Hudson Dunnavant on July 1, 1939, in Richmond, Va. In 1959, Barbara married Robert L. Ober.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Barbara Fay Ober on Saturday, Oct. 7 at 2:30 p.m. at the Timbercrest Chapel, North Manchester. The family will receive friends after the celebration.

NORTH WEBSTER – North Webster has the potential of receiving $500,000 if the town receives an Orthopedic Industry Retention Initiative (OIRI) grant, Clerk-Treasurer Leigh Anne Jessop told the North Webster Town Council Tuesday.
