• 1:49 p.m. Saturday - Jonathan Weston Connolly, 29, of 1060 Parkwood Drive, Nappanee, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 6:48 p.m. Saturday - Fortunato Cuamani Aguilar, 26, Indianapolis, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $400.
• 12:32 a.m. Sunday - Leif Eileen Cox, 45, of 1470 E. CR 550S, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:07 a.m. Sunday - Christopher Kesler Hodges, 24, of 5935 W. Osprey Drive, Mentone, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 12:11 a.m. Monday - Laura Nell Smith, 36, of 4330 N. Old 15, #44, Warsaw, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond set.
• 12:45 a.m. Monday - William Todd Hamilton, 55, of 898 S. CR 250E, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 1:45 a.m. Saturday - Intersection of East Armstrong Road and North CR 200E, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Emma A. Littlefield, 19, Saint Joseph, Mich.; Amy K. Herendeen, 22, EMS T31 Lane, Leesburg. Injury: Herendeen complained of leg pain and was taken by medics to the hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 10 a.m. Sunday - East CR 100S, 300 feet east of South CR 450E, Pierceton. Car hit icy patch on road, exited road to the right, entered road, and then hit a utility pole. Driver: Angelica L. Heeter, 27, East Walnut Street, Silver Lake. Injury: Heeter complained of possible broken leg and was taken to Fort Wayne hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.
• 12:27 p.m. Sunday - South Ind. 13, 5,000 feet south of East CR 900S, Sidney. Boat and trailer attached to a pickup fishtailed, vehicles went off the road and down an embankment, boat came off the trailer and the pickup overturned. Driver: Jeremy W. Ebert, 42, Pendelton. Injury: Ebert had a minor abrasion on his head but declined medical attention. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.
