• 12:18 p.m. Wednesday - Hector Rodriguez, 30, Plymouth, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years of age. Bond: $1,000.
• 4:21 p.m. Wednesday - Austin Lee Waller, 29, of 215 E. Smith St., Warsaw, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond set.

• 2:30 a.m. Thursday - Preston Anthony Ryder Manhardt, 18, of 203 E. Smith St., Milford, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated endangering the lives of others and minor consumption of alcohol. Bond: $700.
• 3:08 a.m. Thursday - Jonathon David Crosson, 28, of 2039 S. CR 900W, Larwill, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 12:06 p.m. Friday - Garland Yourtez Cain, 59, of 1313 St. Mary’s Drive, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a r less than 16 years of age, pointing a firearm and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $6,000.
• 2:08 p.m. Friday - Jonathan Tyler Mallery, 34, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #67, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.

Driver fell asleep, car went off road, hit fence and billboard belonging to Jason Meck, North CR 1000E, Pierceton, and car rolled vehicle over. Driver: Braden E. Mullins, 23, North CR 850W, Pierceton. Injury: Mullins complained of pain to the neck. Damage: $5,000-$10,000 Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
