• 5:25 p.m. Sunday - Marquel Deontaye Young, 43, Fort Wayne, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment, driving a motor vehicle while suspended infraction, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of paraphernalia and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $5,250.
• 8:45 p.m. Sunday - Dale Eugene Shepherd Jr., 39, Macy, arrested on a possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and on a warrant. Bond: $700.
• 4:23 a.m. Monday - Nicholas Karl Smith, 44, Fort Wayne, arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:58 p.m. Sunday - A tablet, screw drivers and household goods were reported stolen in the 3600 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:51 p.m. Monday - A drug overdose was reported in the 100 block of South Wood Street, Warsaw. WPD.
