Editor, Times-Union:
Another successful Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary nut and candy sale is the books. Thank you to everyone who purchased items this year even through tough economical times. Your purchases enable us to help those in need in Kosciusko County. Many people make up our team that makes it possible to get this job completed.
Thank you to our auxiliary ladies and volunteers who sell, unload, sort, pack and deliver the orders . These are an unbelievable dedicated group of people.
Thanks again to Creighton Brothers who give of their time to pick up the product and deliver it to Warsaw. Thank you to WRSW, News Now Warsaw, Willie’s, Times-Union, the Paper and Ink Free News for helping us advertise.
Thank you to Kroger and Martin’s for the use of grocery carts to help with the packing of the orders. They make the job so much easier.
The Work Release guys were such a big help in so many ways. Guys, your help was appreciated!
Special thanks to our nut committee chairmen, Ann Pinnick and Kim Hart, for all you do. Your job is much more difficult, from start to finish, than most people realize.
Thank you so much, Eagle Advertising, for the two billboards that advertise our webstore, www.sawarsawnuts.org, allowing people to order online year round. We receive a portion of the sales from each order.
Also, thanks to Tina at T’s Styling Salon for being our outlet for nuts and candy for those needing additional items.
