Market St. Banners

Editor, Times-Union:
I would like to thank Megan Stone and Miechi Petro for the sixth cycle of the Warsaw Salutes You Banner Recognition program.
They’re thanking servicemen and women who have served and are currently served with banners displayed on East Market Street.
My brother-in-law Willard C. Debolt didn’t make it back alive. I want him to be remembered for the great person that he was, not only for the ultimate sacrifice he made. He was a 1968 WCHS graduate, an avid sportsman and a great son, brother and husband.
He was loved and will never be forgotten. Willard C. Debolt. Please check out the banners on East Market Street. And don’t forget to thank your veterans every chance you get.
