• 1:19 p.m. Friday - Jorge Luis Perez Jr., 34, of 322 N. Cook St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 1:25 p.m. Friday - Jeremy Nathan Archer, 33, of 14288 CR 50, Syracuse, arrested for community correction violation. No bond set.
• 4:17 a.m. Saturday - Jason Robert Melcher, 41, of 1912 Indian Trial, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more with a prior. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:36 p.m. Saturday - Matthew Howard Cook, 37, of 1740 S. CR 1400E, Akron, arrested on a civil matter. Bond: $500.
• 5:34 p.m. Saturday - Angela Colleen Hardesty, 42, of 1077 N. Ogden Road, North Manchester, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:26 p.m. Saturday - Braxton M. Metcalf, 34, Elkhart, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior and being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:50 a.m. Sunday - Moises Perez Mendez, 26, Kenbridge, Va., arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $15,000.

Woodiel, 54, EMS W23 Lane, North Webster; Cathay L. Northrup, 74, North Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse. Injuries: Watkins had minor bleeding to the face; Woodiel had minor bleeding to the face.
