• 5:54 a.m. Saturday - Oscar Gonzalez, 21, of 77 Kings Highway, #11, Winona Lake, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol and disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.
• 3:42 p.m. Sunday - Jesus Alberto Calderon Chacon, 30, Columbus, Ohio, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 5:01 p.m. Sunday - Roland Eugene Talton, 35, Fort Wayne, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 7:11 p.m. Sunday - Javier Emilio Iraheta Jr., 26, of 3104 Heron Blvd., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $10,250.
• 8:46 p.m. Sunday - Brooklyn Adrianna Mesteller, 19, Columbia City, arrested for felony theft. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:07 a.m. Monday - Victoria Meador, 38, of 536 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish with a prior and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:25 a.m. Monday - Caitlyn Elizabeth Smarr, 28, Fort Wayne, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:44 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of West Railroad Avenue and South Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse. Motorcycle-car collision. Drivers: Paul A. Slone, 55, Topeka, Ind.; Justin C. Arnold, 27, East CR 100S, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Injury: Slone was taken to the hospital for personal head injuries. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 10:05 p.m. Sunday - West U.S. 30, 150 feet east of North CR 650W, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Brenda A. Stefan, 55, Mundelein, Ill. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.
• 4:38 a.m. Monday - East Pickwick Road, 100 feet west of North Kings Drive, Syracuse. Car hit dog. Driver: David A. Grubb, 40, East Hunnicutt Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 5:31 a.m. Monday - Ind. 13, 1,200 feet north of CR 125S, Pierceton. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Nicholas L. Moyer, 45, North Huntington Street, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Pierceton Police Department investigated.

• 8:25 p.m. Sunday - An accidental shooting was reported in the 2600 block of East Ontario Lane, Warsaw. WPD.

City Council OKs Moving Forward On Downtown Parking Plans
A soft rollout of the new downtown Warsaw parking technology and ordinances could come as early as August, with the official rollout in the fall. City Planner Justin Taylor told the Warsaw Common Council Monday that on May 7 the Warsaw Traffic Commission voted unanimously to give a favorable recommendation to the council related to the proposed changes for downtown parking.
