Cerulean Restaurant Renovations

WINONA LAKE – Cerulean Restaurant, 1101 E. Canal St., Winona Lake, announced they will be undergoing renovations starting Jan. 1.
The project will take approximately two to three months to complete. After recently enhancing the porch with new windows, heating and cooling for a better dining atmosphere for guests, this remodel will give the restaurant a refreshed look in other areas including flooring, walls, lighting and restrooms, according to a news release from Cerulean Restaurant.
The kitchen will be redesigned for a more intentional workflow with new equipment, enabling staff to function more efficiently. In order to curate better service for guests, the restaurant also plans to relocate the sushi area. The focus is to better provide the consistent quality of menu offerings and service, stated the release.
