• 3:55 p.m. Monday - Trey Anthoney Combs, 26, of 219 S. Pine St., Akron, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear and felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 4:59 p.m. Monday - Wilmer David Cordon Garcia, 23, of 606 W. Quad St., Bourbon, arrested on a warrant. Bond: $600.
• 9:24 p.m. Monday - Hannah Elaine Shea, 32, of 1815 Hepler Drive, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $400.
• 10:30 p.m. Monday - Megan Maria Rico, 34, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for distribution of an intimate image. No bond listed.
• 11.21 a.m. Tuesday - Alan James Annis, 37, of 413 S. Harkless Drive, #1, Syracuse, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 1:54 p.m. Tuesday - Brandon L. Eigsti, 36, Garrett, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:58 p.m. Monday - West Clifton Street, 75 feet west of West Lutes Drive, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Lyle W. Hoffer, 65, West Clifton Street, Warsaw; Luann Wray, 67, West Lutes Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 4:08 a.m. Tuesday - North Ind. 19, 150 feet south of West CR 1050N, Nappanee. Car hit deer. Driver: Maxon St. Julien, 54, South Madison Street, Nappanee. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 7:43 p.m. Monday - A warrant was served in the 300 block of East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 8:33 p.m. Monday - Make up supplies, purses and jewelry was reported stolen and a vehicle window was reported broken in the 900 block of Provident Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:33 p.m. Monday - An abandoned vehicle was reported in the 400 block of Kincaide Street, Warsaw. WPD.
