• 3:59 p.m. Monday - Cornelio Baez Palacios, 47, of 1692 E. CR 200N, lot 45, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

• 5:38 p.m. Monday - Whitney Marie Hochstetler, 21, of 110 N. Union Drive, #4, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $700.

• 6:50 p.m. Monday - Marty Beard, 65, Frankfort, Ind., arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment. Bond: $700.

• 1:01 a.m. Tuesday - Marcus Drinkut, 39, Markleville, arrested for operating a motorboat while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 2:21 a.m. Tuesday - Rena A. Gerber, 45, of 597 S. Old Ind. 13, lot 18, Pierceton, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:35 a.m. Tuesday - Joseph Slisz, 30, of 107 EMS W23 Lane, North Webster, arrested for felony parole violation. No bond set.

• 11:11 a.m. Tuesday - Coley Alexander Mayersky, 37, homeless, arrested on two charges of felony failure to appear and three charges of misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.
