• 2:06 p.m. Sunday - Korey Lee Slone, 37, of 410 Walnut St., Winona Lake, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:42 p.m. Sunday - Randall S. Juarez, 54, Muncie, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol. Bond: $400.

• 8:20 p.m. Sunday - Chelsey Sue Woodward, 32, of 4484 E. CR 1300N, Syracuse, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:11 a.m. Monday - Amarae Machell Dilley, 41, of 1605 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 6:32 a.m. Monday - Danielle Rene Nulf, 35, of 303 Van Buren St., Leesburg, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 2:44 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and East Main Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Hanna R. Kammerer, 30, Brubaker Street, Leesburg; Eric M. Shafer, 40, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 11:22 a.m. Sunday - Reckless driving was reported in the 400 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:54 p.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for public intoxication by alcohol in the 2400 block of Jalynn Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:43 a.m. Monday - A parking complaint was reported in the 100 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.
