• 1:48 p.m. Thursday - Joshua Paul Boillat, 41, Rochester, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear and felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 3:11 p.m. Thursday - Blake Edward Bradford, 35, Marion, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. No bond listed.

• 4:34 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of East Center and North Tamarack streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Dylan D. King, 16, Tippecanoe; Richard A. Hoover, 37, North CR 300E, Syracuse. Injury: A passenger in King’s vehicle, Kionne Owens, 14, North Colfax Street, Warsaw, had minor bleeding to the elbow/lower arm. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. WPD.
