• 11:12 a.m. Tuesday - Israel Granados Berrum, 38, Fort Wayne, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 11:50 a.m. Tuesday - Barry Dewayne Bruner Jr., 35, of 9878 N. Skyline Drive, Syracuse, arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:58 a.m. Tuesday - Chad Philip Partridge, 43, of 509 N. High St., Silver Lake, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 2:54 p.m. Tuesday - Bailey Renea Hepler, 26, Rome City, arrested for burglary and theft of a firearm. Bond: $11,000.

• 2:58 p.m. Tuesday - Trenton David Lehman, 21, Middlebury, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 5:19 p.m. Tuesday - Arlen D. Brennaman Jr., 43, of 6755 E. CR 200N, Pierceton, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 11:06 p.m. Tuesday - Lindsay Clare Krieg, 26, of 428 W. Tanya Ave., North Webster, arrested on two counts of felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 9:10 p.m. Tuesday - Jose Ascencion Hernandez, 48, of 703 Ind. 19, Etna Green, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450.

• 9:34 p.m. Tuesday - Pequignot Drive, 35 feet south of South CR 250E, Pierceton. Car left roadway and rolled onto its side. Driver: Paula M. Pruitt, 42, East U.S. 30, Pierceton. Injury: Pruitt was taken to a hospital to be evaluated for any internal injuries. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Pierceton Police Department investigated.

• 1 a.m. Wednesday - East U.S. 30, 300 feet west of East CR 900N, Pierceton. SUV hit deer. Driver: Christopher S. Hamann, 47, Auburn. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 9:31 a.m. Wednesday - East CR 500N, 75 feet east of North CR 700E, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Gregory D. Church, 61, EMS C19C Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

Incidents

• 3:38 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for criminal mischief and resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle in the 13000 block of North Old Ind. 15, Milford. KCSO.

• 8:56 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension in the 900 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 9:39 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 1800 block of Hepler Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
