• 11:58 a.m. Tuesday - Chad Philip Partridge, 43, of 509 N. High St., Silver Lake, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

Injury: Pruitt was taken to a hospital to be evaluated for any internal injuries. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Pierceton Police Department investigated.
