The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 6:08 p.m. Monday - Arizona Creed Nies, 22, Dowagiac, Mich., arrested for misdemeanor battery with bodily injury. Bond: $500.

• 10:31 p.m. Monday - Mark John Steigerwald, 60, Painesville, Ohio, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol. Bond: $400.

• 12:14 a.m. Tuesday - Elijah Joe Kessens, 19, of 5209 N. CR 900E, North Webster, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond set.

• 2 a.m. Tuesday - Jacob Bryce Grimm, 31, of 77 Kings Highway, #10, Winona Lake, arrested for intimidation and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:17 p.m. Tuesday - Tiffany Lee Girouard, 40, of 104 S. Harrison St., North Webster, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $250.

• 7:25 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of East CR 700N and North CR 200E, Leesburg. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Santiago C. Gonzales, 37, South Kinder Drive, Syracuse; Theresa A. Antique, 61, EMS D17 Lane, Syracuse. Injuries: Gonzales had minor bleeding to the head; Antique complained of knee/lower leg/foot pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 4:13 p.m. Monday - Intersection of Ind. 25 and South Columbia Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Axel E. Rizzo Pelaez, 28, South Union Street, Warsaw; Michael C. Brander, 78, Chickadee Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 5:08 p.m. Monday - Ind. 15, 300 feet south of East Canal Street, Warsaw. Car had front tire fall off, causing car to hit curb. Driver: Suede A. Kimble, 22, East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 9:30 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for public intoxication by alcohol in the 1100 block of Executive Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:14 a.m. Tuesday - A foreign warrant was served in the 200 block of East Bowser Road, Syracuse. KCSO.

• 1 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for intimidation and resisting law enforcement in the 2500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
