• 4:52 a.m. Thursday - Gabriel Lopez, 26, of 3762 E. Old 30, #150, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $700.

• 1:36 p.m. Thursday - Mario CJ Pratt, 19, South Bend, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.

• 2:40 p.m. Thursday - Shamika D. Mitchell, 42, South Bend, arrested for robbery with a deadly weapon and theft. Bond: $35,500.

• 2:24 p.m. Thursday - Dwayne Allen Cooper Jr., 37, of 411 S. East St., North Webster, arrested for theft with a prior conviction. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:05 p.m. Thursday - Craig Allen Burnworth, 42, of 110 S. Etna St., #40, Etna Green, arrested for forgery. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:50 p.m. Thursday - Shane Michael Allard, 27, Oak Lawn, Ill., arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:34 a.m. Friday - Jacob Bryce Grimm, 31, of 77 Kings Highway, #10, Winona Lake, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol. Bond: $400.

• 3:02 a.m. Friday - Robert Neil Smith, 62, Indianapolis, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment. Bond: $700.

• 2:57 a.m. Friday - Daniel Dewayne Clark Jr., 28, of 724 E. Clark St., #3, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 4:25 a.m. Friday - Odilber Perez Bernardo, 23, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #54, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.

• 4:51 a.m. Friday - Chad Alan Young, 49, of 211 S. Main St., Bourbon, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 9:48 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of North CR 300E and East CR 900N, Syracuse. Motorcycle hit deer. Driver: William C. Harr, 52, West Covered Bridge Lane, North Webster. Injuries: Harr had bleeding to the head; passenger Christina N. Santos-Burke, 41, West Covered Bridge Lane, North Webster, suffered pain to the hip and right arm. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 3:12 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of Petro Drive and Ind. 15, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Kamrin R. Wicker, 22, Kendallville; Scott A. Seiffert, 34, South Columbia Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 12:19 a.m. Friday - Public intoxication was reported in the 2900 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw. WPD.
