• 1:47 p.m. Monday - Dailyn Elaine Prater, 20, of 1822 La Vista Drive, #44, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $6,000.

• 2:04 p.m. Monday - Roberto Velazquez Gomez, 24, of 5144 Wooster Road, Pierceton, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $500.

• 7:08 p.m. Monday - Justin Blake Rogers, 28, of 503 N. Jefferson St., Silver Lake, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.
