• 7:24 p.m. Sunday - Tonya S. Day, 46, of 9601 S. Sandpoint Drive, Cromwell, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

• 9:24 p.m. Sunday - Luis Figueroa Montalvo, 28, of 3762 E. Old 30, #16, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

• 2:38 a.m. Monday - Ryan L. Harris, 37, Fort Wayne, arrested for driving while a habitual traffic violator, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:14 a.m. Monday - Jordan Alexander Scott, 31, of 517 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery with moderate bodily injury and bond revocation. No bond set.

• 2:36 p.m. Sunday - West Old 30, 300 feet west of West CR 100N, Warsaw. SUV hit pedestrian. Driver: Chelsea M. Davila, 20, South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Injury: Pedestrian McKynzie G. Logan, 13, Hepler Drive, Warsaw, was taken to the hospital for a possible head injury. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 12:45 p.m. Sunday - North CR 175E, 50 feet south of North Vicky Lane, Warsaw. Van-SUV collision. Drivers: Jose R. Aguilar-Valdez, 43, Elkhart; Bonita L. Rainey, 76, EMS C19 Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 1:51 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of West U.S. 30 and North CR 800W, Warsaw. Car went into embankment. Driver: Hunzai Che, 39, Fairfax, Va. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSD.

• 10:14 a.m. Monday - Intersection of South Ind. 15 and Boydston Street, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Daisy K. Owens, 20, Kinney Drive, Warsaw; Frank Whitaker, 63, South CR 1500E, Akron. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:40 a.m. Sunday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person in possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish in the 100 block of West Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:28 p.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 1600 block of North Vicky Lane, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 2:17 p.m. Sunday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 800 block of East Clark Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:56 a.m. Monday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior and being a habitual traffic violator in the 2200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
