Winona Powder Coating Invests In New Power And Free E-Coat Conveyor System

ETNA GREEN - “I am proud to announce the installation of our new system to improve efficiency and lead times on our E-coat line. This major capital project automates the transfer of racked parts from the racking operation to the E-coat line. Once the parts are coated and cured, it automatically extracts the parts/racks from the line and transfers them to an un-rack and packing station,” said Jamie Visker, Winona CEO. “This power and free conveyor eliminates manual movement of racks, along with floor racks themselves. And it paces the line at consistent cycle times to improve overall efficiency. This project completes our Ecoat line installation we began in 2019.”

Winona Powder Coating is a leading provider of Powder Coating and E-Coat services for a wide range of industries. Winona Powder Coating is ISO 9001 and UL certified and complies to automotive, agriculture and military specifications. Winona is comprised of two facilities, headquartered in Etna Green in 167,000 square feet with a second facility in Elkhart with 50,000 square feet. E-coat services are offered in the Etna Green plant.
