• 11:28 p.m. Thursday - John Howard Edwin Heckaman, 49, of 9516 N. CR 100E, Milford, arrested for felony failure to appear and on a foreign warrant. No bond set.
• 2:05 a.m. Friday - Phillip Marshall Shafer II, 52, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #37, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior, operating a vehicle without financial responsibility with a prior and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $5,250.

Sieglinger, 39, East Center Street, Warsaw, had a contusion/bruise to the head. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
