    Notice  Is Hereby  Given, That the Kosciusko County  Area Plan Commission Shall Hold a Public  Hearing on a Petition  Filed By Michael Jackson Requesting Subdivision and Plat Approval for the Following Real Estate,  Key Number: 013-012-003 B

    013-012-003.B I PT NE NW 5-32-5  5.64A PER SURVEY     

    And Described As Follows on the 2nd page, To Wit:

    A tract of land  in the Northeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 32 North, Range 5 East, Harrison Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:

    Beginning at the southeast corner of lot #4 in the Plat of The First Addition to Jackson Heights as recorded in plat book 9, page 84 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana, being a Kimpel cap 5/8' rebar, thence south 61º03'18" East (bearings established by the plat of the First Addition to Jackson Heights), 361.38 feet to a Kimpel cap 5/8" rebar, thence south 01º05'26" east, 400.00 feet to a Kimpel cap 5/8" rebar on the north right-of-way of Pittsburgh, Ft. Wayne & Chicago railroad; thence north 71º09'38" west, on and along said north right-of-way, 691.11 feet to a point being 0.4 feet South and l.6 feet East of a railroad tie post; thence North 03º18'43" West, along  the extended West line of said  First Addition  to Jackson  heights,  198.66 feet to a Kimpel cap 5/8"  rebar: thence North 86°41'14" Fast, along the South line of said Jackson Heights, 200. 00 feet to a Kimpel  cap 5/8" rebar; thence North 03° 18'43"  West, along the East right-of-way line of Jackson Street,  133.33 feet  to a Kimpel  cap 5/8"  rebar;  thence  North  86°41'17"  East,  along the South  line of said  Jackson  Heights, 150.00  to the Point  of Beginning containing 5.64 acres,  more or less.

    Subject to all covenants., easements, or restrictions of record and all applicable building and Zoning

laws and ordinances and possible rights-of -way and rights of tile and drainage ditches.

    This Hearing Will Be Held In The Commissioner's Meeting Room, County  Court House  100 W Center  St., Warsaw  On Wednesday 04/05/2023 At 1:00 P.M.

    All interested persons are invited  to attend and be heard.   Written comments will be considered if they

are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Plan Commission, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, no later then 72 hours  before  the meeting, (mailing address: 100 W Center St, Rm 303, Warsaw, IN 46580). Any digitally submitted comments or exhibits on devises, such as but not limited to, flash memory drives, thumb  drives, or external drives must be submitted  to the office 72 hours before the hearing any presented  at the meeting will not be viewed in accordance with the Kosciusko County Cybersecurity directives
