• 3:24 p.m. Friday - Stanley Eugene Hershberger Jr., 51, of 1 EMS B37 Lane, #4E, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 5:33 p.m. Friday - Justin Russel Cripps, 50, of 7130 N. CR 650E, North Webster, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of paraphernalia and resisting a law enforcement officer by fleeing on foot. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:40 p.m. Friday - Zachary Allen Evett, 27, of 9736 N. Seneca Lane, Cromwell, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:41 p.m. Friday - Alexander Jordan Abbott, 33, Columbia City, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:21 a.m. Saturday - Morgan Marie Lockhart, 31, of 6630 N. 3rd Trail, North Webster, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 12:34 a.m. Saturday - Robert Dwayne Slone, 44, of 1296 N. Copeland St., Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage crash, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:20 a.m. Saturday - Cayden William Collins, 20, Andrews, arrested for leaving the scene of a fatality crash. Bond: $15,250.

• 8:50 p.m. Saturday - Lisa Gayle Hall, 51, of 317 W. Prairie St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:27 p.m. Saturday - Rachel Elizabeth Oldaker, 36, of 1010 E. Center St., #3, Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.

• 12:09 a.m. Sunday - Bryan Antillon, 20, South Bend, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.

• 3:50 a.m. Sunday - Sharya Layla Kimber, 18, Fort Wayne, arrested for reckless driving. Bond: $500.

• 5 a.m. Saturday - East U.S. 30, 2,000 feet east of East CR 450S, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Austin L. Martin, 24, Huntington; Cayden W. Collins, 20, Andrews. Injuries: Martin complained of neck pain; passengers in Martin’s vehicle, Cassandra M. Moehring, 24, Huntington, complained of hip/upper leg pain; Conner M. Small, 24, Huntington, was pronounced dead; and Zoie B. Lavine, 21, Huntington, complained of hip/upper leg pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 4:23 p.m. Friday - 1150 Husky Trail, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Kathy A. Buckheit, 60, East Winona Avenue, Warsaw; Austin J. Swanson, 25, Tippecanoe. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 11:34 p.m. Friday - 614 W. Market St., Warsaw. Pickup hit pole and left the scene. Driver: Robert D. Slone, 44, North Copeland Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 3:33 a.m. Saturday - North CR 175E, 300 feet north of East Ridge Valley Drive, Warsaw. Car hit two mailboxes. Driver: Kari E. Brown, 42, North CR 175E, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 12:30 a.m. Sunday - South Ind. 15, 250 feet north of CR 700S, Claypool. Pickup hit NIPSCO utility pole. Driver: Logan M. Kneller, 27, West CR 950S, Silver Lake. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSD.

• 12:55 a.m. Sunday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 400 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw. WPD.
