• 9:43 p.m. Monday - Justin Henry Helblig, 29, of 1101 E. Winona Ave., #A, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $500.

• 11:25 a.m. Tuesday - Jeremiah Eugene Smith, 36, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, #24, Pierceton, arrested for burglary. Bond: $6,000.

• 12:42 a.m. Tuesday - North CR 650E, 25 feet south of East CR 200N, Pierceton. Pickup hit steel fence post. Driver: Michel L. Wakefield, 52, Robin Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Passenger Chad B. Howe, 45, Anchorage Road, Warsaw, had minor bleeding to the head. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 7:41 a.m. Tuesday - West Ind. 25, 2,000 feet west of South CR 600W, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: James J. Flinn, 18, West Crystal Lake Road; Mason E. Purvis, 19, South Hohman Lane, Claypool. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 7:56 a.m. Tuesday - South Ind. 15, 1,500 feet south of West CR 600S, Claypool. Car hit sign and NIPSCO utility pole. Driver: Louisa G. Hertel, 21, West Section Street, Claypool. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 2:06 p.m. Monday - Criminal mischief at Etna Green West Cemetery was reported in the 10900 block of West CR 300N, Etna Green. KCSD.

• 4:57 p.m. Monday - A vehicle was reported damaged in the 800 block of Oak Brook Place, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:21 p.m. Monday - A drug investigation was opened in the 100 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:27 a.m. Tuesday - Theft of a motor vehicle was reported in the 10600 block of North Orn Road, Milford. KCSD.
