The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 2:47 p.m. Sunday - Andrew Jorge Cook, 39, of 327 E. High St., Etna Green, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and on a bench warrant. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:44 p.m. Sunday - Sheena Marie Spears, 32, of 317 W. Prairie St., Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a legend drug or precursor, possession of paraphernalia and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $11,500.

• 12:31 a.m. Monday - Kory Eugene Coward, 26, of 456 E. Walnut St., #½, Nappanee, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 3:12 p.m. Sunday - East CR 600S, 100 feet north of South Country Club Road, Warsaw. SUV hit tree. Driver: Chad E. Rothgeb, 52, Ossian. Injury: Rothgeb complained of elbow/lower arm pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 5:40 a.m. Monday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and North Parker Street, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Monique K. Craft, 54, East CR 650S, Pierceton; Kyle R. Jackson, 41, Roann. Injury: Craft had minor bleeding to the face. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:26 a.m. Sunday - An animal complaint was reported in the 5100 block of West Rowland Lane, Silver Lake. KCSD.

• 3:33 a.m. Sunday - An investigation was opened into a person operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 3900 block of Corridor Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:08 a.m. Sunday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 200 block of South Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
