• 5:22 p.m. Monday - Ryan Lee Cook, 31, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #161, Warsaw, arrested for neglect of an animal. Bond: $500.

• 6:03 p.m. Monday - Sherry Venus Blankenbeckler, 49, of 312 W. Crystal Flash Road, #36, North Webster, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:34 p.m. Monday - Tara Lynn Dillon, 47, of 1045 Franklin St., Nappanee, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish with a prior and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $700.

• 8:10 p.m. Monday - Jeffrey Wayne Reece, 45, of 230 S. East St., North Webster, arrested for false informing, possession of methamphetamine, criminal trespass and felony probation violation. Bond: $11,000.

• 1:29 a.m. Tuesday - Kurt Olen Elder, 64, of 760 Wobbler Lane, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear and misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,750.

• 12:21 p.m. Monday - North CR 800W, 400 feet north of West U.S. 30, Warsaw. Car hit sign. Driver: Phyllis A. Knisley, 67, South High Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 5:15 p.m. Monday - 109 W. State St., Etna Green. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Ja-Vonn T. Gunn, 29, South Bend; Nickolas J. Shaw, 23, North CR 1050W, Etna Green. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

• 4:47 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and South Circle Drive, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Anthony W. Baker, 42, East Joshua Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:37 a.m. Tuesday - East CR 900S, 900 feet east of South CR 600E, Sidney. Car hit deer. Driver: William A. Sturgess, 29, South Main Street, South Whitley. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 6:17 a.m. Monday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 9000 block of East Backwater Road, North Webster. KCSD.

• 7:27 a.m. Monday - An abandoned vehicle was reported in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:12 a.m. Monday - A battery investigation was opened in the 1100 block of Polk Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:26 p.m. Monday - A traffic offense was reported for a person operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 700 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw. WPD.
