Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the City of Warsaw, Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers will consider the following additional appropriation in excess of the budget for the current year at their regular meeting place of 102 S. Buffalo Street, at 7:00 p.m., on the 20th day of March, 2023.
FUND NAME: AMOUNT: General 27,317.00
Fire Pension 200,000.00
Aviation Depreciation 186,000.00
Opioid Settlement Unrestricted 41,568.00
Opioid Settlement Restricted 96,994.00
The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (DLGF). The DLGF will make a determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriation upon receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken.
