NOTICE OF PUBLIC HERAING FOR THE

TOWN OF CLAYPOOL

    The Town of Claypool  will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on March 21, 2023 at the Claypool Lions Community Building located at 201 W. Calhoun Street, Claypool , IN 46510, to present and receive  public  comments on  the  Town's Wastewater   - Stormwater Master  Plan.  The  report summarizes the plan for sanitary sewer rehabilitation, wastewater treatment plant improvements, lagoon  sludge removal, and storm  sewer  improvements that demonstrates  the Town's efforts to comply with the requirements of the Indiana Department of Environmental  Management's State Revolving Loan Fund.   A summary  of this report will be presented at this hearing. The completed Preliminary  Engineering Report  is available for public inspection  and  review  at  the following locations:

    1.  Clerk-Treasurer's Office - 408 S. Grace!and Avenue,  Claypool, IN 46510

    The Public is invited to appear and speak on the merits of the proposed Report and Plan at the public hearing.  Written comments concerning the Report may be filed at anytime prior to the hearing and for a period often (J 0) d ays following the hearing in the Clerk-Treasurer 's Office located at 408 S. Graceland  Avenue, P. O. Box 6, Clay pool , IN 46510. Written comments will al so be accepted during the hearing. For further information, call the Clerk-Treasurer's Office at (574)-566-2910 between the hours of 8:00 a: m. and 4:00 p.m.
